Its user interface is designed to eliminate training and make navigation fast and easy. Administration and access control can be done by end users without specialized training or IT department assistance. InfoPlace features include:

  • Easy-to-learn and use interface.
Busy professionals don't have time or patience for complex, difficult to remember software programs, even if they promise increased productivity. InfoPlace Document Organizer's straightforward user interface makes it easy to organize documents right away, without training or assistance.

  • Easy, quick navigation.
Quick access to up-to-date information is a requirement for responsive, competitive teams, but too often documents are misplaced. With intuitive search and drill-down options, InfoPlace Document Organizer helps users find what they need fast.

  • Simple end-user administration.
Workgroups can benefit from document management technology, but don't have the IT resources required for traditional systems. InfoPlace Document Organizer is designed to be managed by the workgroup with the same easy-to-use user interface.
